Here at WiSC, we believe the best way to foster a company culture based on trust, collaboration and innovation, is by working with who we know! We encourage all employees to refer qualified job applicants for available job openings. All WiSC employees with the exception of the following: Human Resources personnel, and any employee involved with the hiring process are not eligible to receive employee referral awards. If the referral is hired and completes six (6) months of service and the employee is still an employee of WiSC, the employee is eligible to receive a monetary award paid out in increments of $1,000.00 for first six (6) months and $1,000.00 for one (1) year employment. The reward is currently a gross amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per regular full-time hires on the EMERALD contract.  In order to be eligible for a referral award the following policy, procedures and requirements must be met;

• The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job opening is posted
• The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with WiSC
• To be eligible for an award, an employee must submit a referral to the Employee Referral Portal (https://wisc-erp.icims.com/)
• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment
• Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered
• All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures
• All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential
• Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources

Employee Referral Program Procedures

To make a referral, please follow the instructions below:

• Log into (https://wisc-erp.icims.com/) by selecting the“log back-in” button on the top right-hand corner of your dashboard
• Enter your username (company email address) and Password (If you do not already have an account, you will need to reset your password)
• Select the “view current job opportunities” tab
• Review list of open positions and select the position you would like to make a referral for
• Select the “submit your referral” button
• Fill out the referral form and submit.
