Here at WiSC, we believe the best way to foster a company culture based on trust, collaboration and innovation, is by working with who we know! We encourage all employees to refer qualified job applicants for available job openings. All WiSC employees with the exception of the following: Human Resources personnel, and any employee involved with the hiring process are not eligible to receive employee referral awards. If the referral is hired and completes six (6) months of service and the employee is still an employee of WiSC, the employee is eligible to receive a monetary award paid out in increments of $1,000.00 for first six (6) months and $1,000.00 for one (1) year employment. The reward is currently a gross amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per regular full-time hires on the EMERALD contract.
